Detailed Product Release Description

1. Preferred Worklist Facility View Option

Previously when a user was assigned to work in more than one facility they would need to toggle between these locations. Based on user feedback an enhancement was made for the user to set their preferred facilities and to view the worklist for all patients in the selected preferred facilities within one work list view. The user facility selection will be saved to user preferences.

2. Add time stamp to communication on Worklist

Previously when a user was viewing the comments section on surgical or non-surgical worklist, there was not a timestamp for the comment. Based on user feedback an enhancement was made to add a time stamp for comments to support a more efficient workflow.  The User can view the full date on a larger screen, and shorter date on smaller screen and can hover over the date to see full date.

3. Option to Add Notes for Completed Case

Previously when a user was completing a case for not treated option in the surgical or non-surgical worklist there was no functionality to add additional details for the reason selected to have the information available on the export of the cancellation report. Based on user feedback an enhancement was made to add this feature and provide a text box for entering more detail notes to the documented reason for not treating a patient. This information will now be included in the note’s column on the export of the cancellation report.

4. Add back default facility star icon

Previously when a user set a default facility that facility had a yellow star icon visible for the user. This star feature was removed in the previous release with the new enhancement to save user filter preferences on the worklist view. Based on user feedback an enhancement was made to add back the star icon for one or more default facilities.
