Release Overview

• 3.2.3 will include 17 new features which are previewed below.

• There are no known issues in the release.

• Functionality has been added for extended laboratory mappings to support future enhancements for additional outcome reporting. This will not affect end user workflow.

Detailed Product Release Description

1. Enhance Complete Case Non-Treatment Option for Does Not Meet Criteria

Previously when a user wanted to complete a surgical patient case for not requiring treatment there wasn’t a clear description for why a patient didn’t meet the criteria for treatment.  Based on user feedback an enhancement was made to edit the non-treatment option in the surgical complete case workflow to display “Does not meet the HGB level for treatment”. The new reason will roll up to does not meet criteria for treatment parent type on the cancelation report and specific documented reason will be included on the download excel of the report when generated.   

2. When User Accesses an Inactive Client, User Will Be Automatically Logged Out

An enhancement was made to increase software security to prevent user logging in to any client that is set to an inactive status. Any user associated with that client that attempts a logon will trigger the application to restrict access, log the user out, and display a server error.  

3. Default Case Type and Default Sorting

Previously there was not functionality for a user to set default settings for case types and sorting functions to allow for customizable workflow settings. Based on user feedback an enhancement was made to provide functionality to set and save a user’s preferred default settings. If the user CLEARs the filters, the system default values will be saved.

4. External-Report Export Enhancement Epic- Release Includes 14 individual report features for all reports with the exception of the Login Statistic Report

Previously for users with assigned permissions for report access there was not a standard column format when exporting the report data to allow meaningful data for a detail analysis of the users’ program metrics. Based on user feedback an enhancement was made on the export reports to have standard columns of data in addition to the specific report data measurement. Standard columns will include:
