Detailed Product Release Description
1. Change date format to month/ day / year
Previously the user would see any date displayed as year-month-day. Based on user feedback an enhancement was made to the date format everywhere a date is displayed in MBH to show as month-day-year (Example 9-06-2023).
2. Communications Tab: enhanced user communication capabilities
Previously communication options included a task and comment option. A task displayed an orange icon on the worklist, comment did not have an icon display on the worklist. The new enhancement adds an additional communication option for follow up call and added visual icons to indicate each type of communication (Task: triangle, Comment: comment box, and follow up call: telephone icon) in addition to a color coded priority of (High: Red, Medium: Yellow, Low: Green, Hold: Blue).
3. Report Logic available on Report Worklist and Graph
Previously when reviewing available reports in MBH the report logic was not viewable. The new enhancement provides the logic for each report by hovering over the report name on the report list to view a pop up box with report logic and on each specific report the logic is displayed on bottom left of report graph.
4. Opportunity Report: Updated Case Type Key Placement
Previously when viewing the opportunity report the report case type key displayed at the top underneath the report title. The new enhancement now displays the case type key on the right hand side of the graph.
5. Length of Stay Impact Report: Y Axis Title
Previously when viewing the length of stay impact report the Y axis title was displayed as the “No. of days”. The new minor enhancement displays the Y axis title as “Number of days”.
6. Login Statistic Report: Updated view to show totals
Previously when viewing the login statistic report it would display a single login per user per day. The raw data download would display the total number of daily logins. The enhancement now displays the total number of logins per-user/per-day on the report graph and on the downloaded data to make it more useful for data analysis.
7. Lab Type Mappings: Name and date of last update for each mapping
Previously when viewing the lab type mapping details, it wasn’t possible to know who last made changes to any specific mappings. The enhancement now displays the name of the user who last mapped a specific lab test and the date that person performed that mapping.
8. Case Type Mappings: Name and date of last update for each mapping
Previously when viewing the case type mapping details, it wasn’t possible to know who last made changes to any specific mappings. The enhancement now displays the name of the user who last mapped a specific case/procedure and the date that person performed that mapping.
9. Worklist: Display all hemoglobin values up to 90 days
Previously when viewing the worklist, the hemoglobin value for a non-anemic patient who had a hemoglobin value of more than 13g/dL did not display if the time between the lab date and the procedure or visit date was between 61-90 days. The enhancement now displays the hemoglobin value for non-anemic patients up to 90 days prior to a scheduled procedure or visit.
10. Worklist: Replace some of the sorting options with specific filters
Previously when a user wanted to quickly filter the worklist view to a specific patient criterion there were only filters available to perform the function and the the entire worklist would sort by the selected option first them include all patients on the worklist after making the worklist long and not clear to what patient criteria was being displayed. The enhancement now provides clear filters options to allow the user to only view the patients who meet the criteria selected in the filter type. The following filters have been added: Anemic, History of anemia, Non-anemic, Bloodless Patient, Invasive treatment, Urgent patient, Short timeframe patient, Missing Lab patient).
11. Parent Case Type removed for TAVR procedures
The Case Type feature in the MyBloodHealth product had the TAVR procedure listed as a parent Case Type. Based on user feedback that was removed as a parent case type and all current mapped TAVR procedures have been mapped to the CARDIO Case type.
