Detailed Product Release Description

1. Cancellation Report: Potential revenue evaluation enhancement

Previously the user could only view the total number of canceled patient reasons by case type. The new enhancement allows the user to evaluate the potential revenue value of not treating a patient and identifying improvement opportunity for cancelled reasons.

2. Worklist Hemoglobin Levels: Allow user to view most recent values for all patients

Previously the user could only view the most recent hemoglobin value with a lab result <60days of procedure date for anemic patients on the worklist view. The new enhancement allows the user to view the most recent hemoglobin value with a lab result <60days of procedure date for all patients on the worklist page view.

3. Worklist Hemoglobin Levels: Values shown with only one decimal point

Previously the user display for the hemoglobin value that was greater than a whole number was 2 decimal points (i.e., 12.25).  The new enhancement view displays the most recent hemoglobin value that is greater than a whole number only one decimal point (i.e., 12.2).

4. Program Performance Dashboard: Updated file naming convention

Previously the user view in the Program Performance Dashboard for the Data Quality Assurance Completion % did not indicate the cadence to receive data files. The new enhancement view displays when files are expected daily vs monthly to identify gaps in expected data being sent into MBH from the client.

5. Worklist: Sort worklist by “Bloodless” patients

Previously the user did not have an option to sort the worklist by bloodless   patients. The new enhancement provides an option to sort the worklist by the following: Date, Priority Score, Anemic, Non Anemic, and History of Anemia and Bloodless.

6. Treated/complete workflow to enroll patient for a chronic follow-up visit

Previously the user did not have the ability to document a treatment for a surgical    patient when completing a case then refer them onto their chronic worklist for additional follow up. The new enhancement allows a user to document a patient’s treatment and then refer them for a follow up visit if needed and the patient information will be duplicated on the chronic worklist with the date of the follow up date chosen.

7. Chronic Worklist: Date changed to “Visit Date”

Previously the user view of the Chronic Worklist and the exported worklist data view displayed a title of “date” but did not indicate what the date meant.  The new enhancement changed the title to display as the “Visit Date”, to clearly provide the user information on the date of the scheduled visit.

8. Surgical Worklist: Date changed to “Procedure Date”

Previously the user view of the Surgical Worklist and the exported worklist data view displayed a title of “date” but did not indicate what the date meant.  The new enhancement changed the title to display as the “Procedure Date” to clearly provide the user information on the date of the scheduled procedure.

9. Reports: Consistent colors across all reports

Previously the user view of the color keys in the report outputs were not consistent. The new enhancement applied a consistent color view across all reports.

10. Client Dashboard: Exporting reports to PDF

The export function is working as per the requirement: when the user selects export PDF, a PDF version of the dashboard does pop up on another screen for the user to access

11. Client Dashboard: Loading Time Performance Issues

Previously when the user accessed the client dashboard or changed filter parameters the report took extended time to load and would also timeout. This issue has been fixed by the development team and the loading time is improved without timing out.

12. Count discrepancy resolved when documenting treatment dose of oral iron

Previously when the user needed to document oral iron treatment, there was no “number of dosages” option, and the oral iron count did not show in the total treatment volume report. This issue has been fixed by the development team and now when the Oral Iron treatment is selected, it defaults to a count as 1 treatment and displays in the total treatment report when documented.
