Detailed Product Release Description
1. Add AHA Widget to MyBloodHealth
AHA Widget will allow the user to provide direct feedback or request assistance by clicking on a light bulb Icon at the bottom right hand of the screen. User would no longer need to contact the support desk.
2. Opportunity Report
The Opportunity report will provide the user with the medication revenue for all patients with HGB less than 13 were not treated with IV Iron. View this as if all patients who qualified were treated.
3. Program Performance Dashboard: Add Records Ingested Count
Records ingested will be a count of all records which are ingested into the MBH system prior to filtering on mapped case types and lab types.
4. Chronic Treatment Referral
Chronic Treatment referral will allow the user to refer the patient to a chronic appointment. When the user does refer the patient for chronic treatment, the patient will move to inactive status in the surgical worklist and appear on the chronic worklist. User will be able to select chronic worklist and see all patient information.
5. Reports: Last 90 days report should show last 3 months
Default for last 90 days will appear on reports as last 3 months in “month” format.
6. Reports: Select ALL facilities
When selecting “All” facilities on a drop down, the enhancement will show “ALL” opposed to list out each facility separately.
7. ROI: Change SPEC to include Patient expired and Patient Infection
Added Patient expired and Patient Infection to the data request with plan to in the future show outcomes reports.
8. Admin Dashboard: Add Total Counts
Added Total Counts to Administrative Dashboard to allow overall counts from all sites.
9. Client Dashboard: YTD metric changed to rolling 12 months
YTD metric changed to Rolling 12 months of data.
10. Client Admin Dashboard: Add rolling 12 months column
Added Columns to add in rolling 12 months metric.
11. Complete Case Workflow
Change the workflow from having two options to finalize a case to one. Currently the options are Cancel Case and Complete Case. Now “Complete Case” will finalize all cases. Once the user selects complete case, the user will have the option to complete the case, cancel the case, or refer the patient to chronic treatment.
12. Update Cancellation Reasons
Updated cancellation bundle reasons to:
1. Cancelled/Postponed surgery
2. Does not meet criteria for treatment
3. No Contact from patient
4. Timing too close to surgery date
5. Patient declines treatment
6. Physician declines treatment of anemic patient
7. Insurance denied Treatment
13. Opportunity Report: Legend Enhancement
Opportunity report is broken out by case type. To make the graph visually appeasing, we placed the legend on the right-hand side of the graph.
14. Quality Dashboard
Quality Dashboard will be placed on the dashboard tab. Quality Dashboard will show files received to ensure data in software is up to date.
15. Quality Dashboard: Report Tiles
Quality Dashboard enhancement to include all report titles.
16. Quality Dashboard: Metrics
Quality Dashboard will include date of ingestion to allow the user to know if most current data has been received.

Indicator on menu indicating number of lab mappings currently not mapped.
18. Indicator for unmapped case mappings
Indicator on menu indicating number of case type mappings currently not mapped.
