Detailed Product Release Description
1. Employee Allocation Data Mapping
Users now have the ability to allocate lab employees’ percentage of time worked to a standardized list of departments. The percentage allocation will more accurately calculate the departmental hours used in productivity calculators/ dashboards.
Navigate to Manage Data
Select Employee Allocation under Lab Analytics > Data Mappings
Select pencil icon on line to edit to update allocation (Figure 2)
Select green checkmark to save changes (Figure 3)
Select circle icon to discard changes (Figure 3)
Uncheck the Include box to remove employee from calculations (Figure 3)

2. PBM Scorecard Refresh Date Update
PBM scorecards are updated with new quarter data, the 8th of the month. This update occurs now without manual intervention.
3. Fix: Modified On date for Seed Data and Client Configuration
When seed data or client configuration are updated, the modified date will update accordingly without a manual refresh.
4. Modified On date for CPT Departments and Performing Labs and Departments Mappings
When the CPT Departments or the Performing Labs and Departments mappings were updated in the manage data screen the modified-on date was not updated. The bug has been resolved, evoking the Advanced View will display the last date mappings were updated.

5. Manage Data Menu updates with package changes
The bug has been resolved that affected the top tile bar and side title bar not matching when a user changes between PBM and Lab Analytic packages.
6. Manage Data views available for data mapping features based on security level
A bug was noted in which the Super Admin users can remove and add access to manage data in only selected packages. The bug has been resolved so that a Super Admin user can access every package of Manage Data.
Manage Data views were not displaying correctly based on user account types of Admin, Non-Admin, and Super User. The issue has been resolved and the view displays appropriately based on account type.
7. Controls on Client Configuration Screen
The controls at the bottom of the facilities page of the PBM client configuration were not present. The issue has been resolved.
8. Error at Data Mapping Save
An error message popup was returning on user save in the data mapping screens. A fix has been applied in which the changes to mappings will be saved without returning a server error.
9. Data Mapping- Cancellation of Action
In any data mapping table cancelling the action after accessing the 3-dot menu would clear all data. The bug has been resolved and data will not be cleared when clicking cancel.
