Overview
The current release will increase email and exporting user functionalities, minor enhancements to create product consistency, updates to mapping tools, and implementation of additional ability to capture user feedback and ideas.

Detailed Product Release Description
1. Status of Data Mappings
The landing page has a display of the percentage of data mappings that are mapped. The number of mapped records of the total number of records is also displayed.
Clicking anywhere within the Data Mappings Status container will navigate to Mapping Summaries page.
On the Mapping Summaries page clicking on any of the data mappings will navigate to the corresponding data mapping tool.
If a user has access to the Mapping Summaries page but does not have access to the Data Mappings tool a pop-up window will appear when a summary is clicked. “You do not have access to data mappings. Please contact your system administrator to request access” will display.
2. Share Content via Email
Expansion of current share functionality to include a PNG image or PowerPoint slide. Giving the user the ability to share their current or multiple content page(s) via email.
Select the view context menu button (3-dot menu) to access additional command relevant to the view.
In the resulting view context menu “Share View” or “Share Workbook” is selected.
User populates all required details in the resulting pop-up window. Inputs are “Subject”, “Attachment Type”, “Comment”, “Share To”, and if a follow up is desired.
Attachment options are PDF, PNG, or PowerPoint.
For “Share Workbook” multiple views are chosen by selecting or deselecting view options.
Email recipients can be either internal or external users to the Accumen domain.
Follow – up can only be requested for internal users.
3. Export Content to PowerPoint
New menu item to allow export of a single or multiple content page(s) to PowerPoint.
Select the view context menu button (3-dot menu) to access additional command relevant to the view.
In the resulting view context menu “Export PowerPoint” is selected.
User selects or deselects desired content pages
4. Aha! Ideas Widget
To capture end users’ immediate feedback while using the software the APS widget appears at the bottom right corner of each viewing page. Widget appears as a lightbulb within a blue square.
Clicking the widget will navigate to a feedback form.
Within the pop-up window user populates “Your Idea”, “Please add more details” and “Choose a category for this idea” before submitting form by clicking the “Add Feedback” button.
User will receive an email confirming their idea submission.
Accumen will receive notice of idea submission for review and follow-up.
5. Additional Minor Updates
Remove "Imaging" product package option from "Edit User Account" popup window
Remove "Imaging" placeholder from Administrative > Manage Data window
Remove "Imaging" as an option from "product package" dropdown within Edit / Create Menu Item
Remove "Imaging" as an option from "product package" dropdown within Edit / Create Summary Metrics
Standardization of Admin Menu items
Update of verbiage on landing pages
Replace "Custom Views" with "My Views"
